James Live Again with Tim Booth

U.K. band James will reunite again for a run of sold-out U.K. shows in April. The band paused briefly while lead singer Tim Booth recorded a solo album, Bone. The reunited band will also play T In The Park at Balado, Scotland on July 7 and the V Festival on July 18-19. The band recorded new songs together, but no word yet on a release schedule.

A new album of hits, Fresh As a Daisy: the Singles, is scheduled for release on April 30 in the United Kingdom and will be available as a double-disc import in North America. A single disc version of the album will also be available in North America on May 3. The tracklisting includes some of their best known songs in their 25 year career including Rings the Bells, Sit Down and Laid. Both versions include the new recording Who Are You?

The double-disc is a comprehensive collection of all the band’s singles tracked in order of release and includes the new song Chameleon. The single disc is a selective hits collection but covers most of the band’s hits after their self-titled release in 1991.
